Reporting a bug
It helps a lot if your email includes:
- your device model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)
- the mode you were playing, and the level number if it was Journey
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can
Common questions
Is Reef Blast free?
Yes. The game is free to download and play, and it's paid for by ads. There are optional purchases, but every level can be beaten without paying and anything you can buy can also be earned in the game.
How do I turn off ads?
A one-off "Remove ads" purchase switches off the ads that play between games. It isn't a subscription. You can still choose to watch a rewarded ad if you want its reward, such as a Continue or a power block.
How do duels work?
Start a duel and send the link to a friend. They play exactly the same pieces you did, and the higher score wins. You can bring one of your reef creatures as a helper, which gives you one special power during the duel. Your friend can see which helper you brought.
What's in a mystery chest?
Each chest holds three items. The odds for every item are always shown before you open one. Mystery chests aren't offered in Belgium or the Netherlands, or to players under 13.
The animations and screen shake are too much. Can I turn them down?
Yes. Reef Blast follows the Reduce Motion setting on your iPhone (Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion), which calms the big effects throughout the game.
A purchase didn't arrive, or I want a refund
Purchases on iPhone are handled by Apple. If something you paid for didn't appear, email us with the date and what you bought and we'll help. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is Reef Blast on Android?
Not yet. iPhone comes first, and Android will follow.
